Madison Township School
(Clinton County)
| Dates: | c.1904 |
| Location: | S. Glick Street, Mulberry, Clinton County, Indiana. |
| Architects: | J. F. Alexander & Son, of Lafayette, Indiana |
| addition: | 1927-1928, Rodney W. Leonard, architect; L. E. Wickersham, builder |
This school building is of the same name as the Linden School, each being in the Madison Township of its respective county (Linden in Montgomery County and Mulberry in Clinton County). Aside from having the same name, these two school buildings were nearly identical and were also similar to the West Lafayette High School. Although the cornerstone does not name the architect, the building was almost certainly designed by J. F. Alexander& Son. An annex was built behind the school during 1927-1928, and was attached by a hallway which has since been removed. The building is currently vacant and neglected although it appears to be used for storage. The 1927-1928 annex appears to be occupied.
